I'd say Emperor also. Nice-looking fish too.

Boulengerchromis Microleps is the largest Cichlid. Looks like them in that video.

yeah that video is a pair of emperor cichlids, boulengerochromis microlepis. The video is from Jewels of the Rift which is an awesome video about Lake Tanganyika.

As for which is the largest, it depends on if you're going by weight or length. Either way the answer is generally agreed upon to be either Boulengerochromis microlepis or Cichla temensis. I believe the emperor grows slightly longer but the Cichla is much bulkier but I could have that backwards.
