What is the easiest carpet to grow?

If you had to choose something that wouldn't require CO2 but would give you a pretty good and fast ground coverage, what would it be?

What wpg?

Its not really a carpet, but dwarf sag will cover nicely and grow well in a tank with no co2.
 
actually, you have 2.6wpg. youre not gonna get a nice thick carpet w/o added co2 and higher lighting levels. but a good plant for you would be Marsilea quadrifolia
