What is the fastest way to seed my two AC50's?

I just bought two ac50's and want to seed them with beneficial bacteria:

Should I just drop the Bio-Max bags in my established canister filter?

Should I drop the Bio-Max bags in my tank for a while?

Should I run one AC50 with two bags of Bio-Max?

take some bio-max(not all) out of an established filter, and add it to the ac50's. that will cycle them fast.

and do away with the carbon, use a sponge and the rest biomax

Thanks, I just through the two bags of Bio-Max in my magnum 350. I'll give it two weeks and crank up my other two tanks.
