What is the point of having a nice big tank (or any size really) and having no background and no gravel and just a few things in the tank (or nothing) plus fish. I want something nice to look at and interesting to look at. If that's what is nice to you, so be it, but so many people seem to do it for ease of maintenence. If the maintenence is such a chore, perhaps this is not the hobby for you.
