Is it a procambarus alleni? It was labeled fancy crayfish and it’s structure doesn’t really look like my 2 ghost clarkiis

It looks like procambarus clarkii just the blue color variant. He/she also seems to have lost its claws multiple times which is why it’s Claw size is disproportional to its body size
