No idea if this is posted in the right area, but looking at my tank I see a worm in my substrate, to me it doesn’t look like detritus worm as I only see one. I don’t have many fish in the tank, so I don’t feed much. I’m guessing it’s harmless or should I take it out?

It’s moving, so if I have to get it out, I’ll have to do it quick before it disappears.
 
you feed blackworms? it looks like when they get into the substrate. if the DO levels in your water are adequate worms can make it in the substrate

I was thinking it could have been that, but I don’t feed any worms.
 
more than likely came with the plants then since you dont feed them. as big as that one is.
