What is this algae

I have had my 10 gallon nano saltwater tank up and running for about 2 months now. Just a cleanup crew so far. There was a little bit of stringy algae that has since grown to be pretty big. Just wondering how to remove it and if this stuff is really actually algae.

Looks like hair algae. Keep ur nitrates and phosphates low.

I don’t think those would fit in a 10 gallon ?
