Could be silver fish just hanging out on the dry wood then.

Just get it out if you can.
It won’t bother anything and will probably drown.

There is an insect called a silverfish and that creature resembles it they are pretty small in size.

It is probably a nymph,as someone already mentioned.

I'm not an entomologist, and since I don't know . . . it looks too much like a dragonfly nymph to me. Not a problem if you have large fish but a big problem if you have small fish (or fry). So in my ignorance, the safest thing to do seems to be taken it out (unless it is clearly smaller than any pet you have in the tank).
