I noticed this black spot at the back of my Amazon large puffer 12 cm. Is it natural park of the skin texture or is it a hole?

Hard to say without a clearer picture. Does it look like it’s flat on top or like a pit in the skin?
As far as I can tell it just looks like a darker spot on the pattern.
Just keep an eye on it and see if it spreads or the fish starts acting off.
