It was caught in the Cottonwood River, In Sanborn MN.

It has a rounded tail and it's very slimy.

its some kind of catfish maybe a albino bullhead or something

Thats a madtom. Probably yellow but I'm not sure on species. They're dwarf catfishes that usually inhabit quickly flowing rivers or streams. Google madtom and you find a picture of that fish. If you want the species name, try looking in axelrods atlas, the madtom genus is Noturus.

It wasn't dead, it was thrown back in after pictures where taken.

Should have eaten it. It was destroyed already. Yes, looks like a margined or slender madtom. Great aquarium fish, go catch another with a barbless hook if it's legal where you are. They don't live very long, though, rarely exceeding four years. Very odd for a catfish. Fun critters, though, always zipping about at feeding time.

1o years of fishing there, this was the first year of gethching one-It was still living when i put it back in the river, it swam away. Wasn't Dead... but it does look like it.
