what is this fish, please help

I have a fish that I got as a deal with a tank and Noone at the local pet smart or petco can tell me what it is, please tell me what it is if you know

That's a crenicichla (pike cichlid) of some kind.
 
So it's a pike cichlid, what do they like to eat most and where could I get a second one and/or do they like mates or enjoy being alone?

You can get them from a LFS, a hobbyist on MFK. I know Jeff Rapps at tangledupincichlids.com has Pike cichlids in stock,but I haven't seen any Crenicichla Johanna. From my experience with pike cichlids as long as you has space. You should be good. Anything smaller in the tank the pike will eat. I feed mine Hikari Gold+, Bloodworms, my own bred feeders and frozen brine shrimp. I never bred any pike cichlids, but I had different types co-exist in one tank.
