It's hard to tell. If it has color on the edge of the caudal fin, it's likely a GT of some sort. If there is no coloration there, it's probably an acara, but the vid is pretty hazy.

On rough automatic guess by the way it's breathing and its fat head, probably going to be a Gold Saum. Better image needed to confirm that, though.
