What is this fish

Hey, I posted this a while back but never got a definitive answer, so I'm posting again to see if anyone knows. This is a "strawberry bala shark" but yet when I go to a aquarium store, they never know what it is. So I need your help



It was pretty big at about 10-15 inches.

That my friend is a Leptobarbus hoeveinni or commonly called golden or cigar shark. They wiil max out at 20 inches. They are non-aggressive and varacious eaters. I had 2 a few years ago and kept them in a 100 gallon with some tinfol barbs. They are a type of barb.
