I can't seem to find out what this is. A LFS said maybe Aiptasia but it looks nothing like what I see online.

Any help?

i was looking at my tank last night when i got home from work just as i always do, checking on everyone and all, then i noticed a bunch of these things in my tank as well!! they are entirely too small for me to take a picture of since i dont have a high quality camera. but they look exactly like this. i know without a picture it is difficult to tell what i have, but do you think its the jelly fish polyps? or the aiptasia? they are small, white seem to only be in spots where there isnt as much water flow, and they are probably only about a centimeter big. are there any specific differences in appearance or placement in a tank? any help appreciated? i think it would be awesome if they were jelly fish. i tested my water last night after i noticed them and my ammonia was 0, nitrites were 0, nitrate was about 20(i have nitrates out of the tap unfortunately). i do weekly 15-20% water changes and cant get my nitrates down below 20 it seems. besides RO/DI systems, which i dont have the money to put out for right now or i would have had one already, what would be another method to get these down? obviously besides water changes?
