I'm not really sure but to it looks like a vieja fene or maybe a hybrid with fene in it.

My first thought was bifas, but because of all the random hybridizing these days, it's very hard to make an ID with any certainty, especially on the basis of only 1 photo.
Here is a bifas that came with a collection location "Candalaria"I had a few years back to compare.

I am pretty sure it is a bifas, with the typical dark patch above the the horizontal bar. Fene has vertical barrig, which isn't showing in the pic.
