What is this HOB filter?

Hey all I have this HOB filter and it works great! But I don't really know the name of it. Any experts care to ID it for me?

Extra media for the HOB filter.

But it also full with filter pads and stuff. Anyone else has any input on the filter ID?

It's a Tetratec for sure, either a PF200 or a PF500. I'm elanign towards the PF500 since it's so big.
