What is this how do i treat it help!

Hey guys i have a 2.5 gallon set up ( no filter) with 3 bettas in it each separated by a glass wall while examining a beta that i just got today i noticed something on its fin, a leision, i spent 20 dollars on this half moon and i really do not want to lose it, help!

Bacteria, melafix and higher temperature should fix everything. On another note if you spent $20 on a fish, why not spend an extra $10 and get a spong filter? Bettas really should get more room, 3 bettas in a 2.5 gallon seems pretty small.

getting a filter my dad just has to send it up, alright great i'll set up my 10 gallon and use it as a healing tank tomorrow

i'm not going to be able to get out to get melafix for a while i have lifeguard all in one treatment would that work just as fine?

Use the 10 gallon as the permanent tank for all 3 bettas.
