What is this ? ID Please !

I used to catch these a lot When I was in Puerto Rico and never knew what the hell they were ! Can any one ID this?

It looks like river shrimp or crayfish but has some weird claw something like a praying mantis.They call them chagaras in PR. This are caught in all Puerto Rican rivers.

Looks like an Atya shrimp. They go by different names. Some people call them vampire shrimps. I wasn't aware that there was a species in PR.
 
It's an Atya scabra. A. lanipes and A. innocous also occur in PR, and streams and rivers on the island are also home to three genera of smaller atyids (Micratya, Potimirim, and Jonga), along with Xiphocaris, several Macrobrachium (the big M. carcinus and M. heterochirus, M. crenulatum, M. faustinum, M. acanthurus), and Palaemon pandaliformis.
