What is this little creature? good or bad?

I found a ton of these little boogers all along my glass on my 55 gallon reef. The fish are all in quarentine for ick and i just noticed these little bugs all over the place! Are they good or bad? im nervous about returning the fish until i know what these things are... they're about 3-4 mm long and i managed to get a good pic of them and then zoom way in on that pic... here they are:

ok so the huge outbreak of them is most likely because all the fish are in quarentine and theres nothing to eat them?

Yep, just copepods. They probably did explode in population since the fish are not eating them

sweet... i noticed them in my sump too...
