I ordered the following from an online retailer:

Beani
Cuban
Red Tiger Motoguense
Black nasty
Festae

I've identified everything in the order except this little guy. It's about 1.5 inches long. He is below the little festae in the pic. What is it?

Looks like you were sent a little extra bonus.
And to me could be one of the Cryptoheros species, but too young to tell at this point.

Just a heads up, depending on how you plan to stock.
Beyond the obvious aggression problems
I find haitiensus (black nasty)need much warmer temps, than some of the others on your list, mid to high 80sF.
Whereas beani do much better (long term) in cooler temps, for me they did best around 70'F.
And the others somewhere in between.
 
It looks like maybe a nic or Honduran? But definetely listen to duanes duanes about the temperature factor, from what I have read and seen, it makes a very big difference. And just to add, I believe that is a female festae, it seems to have a dark dorsal,

They are going to different tank setups.
