What is this lizard?

looks to be in the genus Sceloporus but other then that I'm not a hundred percent of species. the color could also have been changed to make it look more appealing for the ad

I thought it looled like a fence lizard with really bright colors. But wasn't sure.

definitely looks like a Fence or a Sagebrush w/ a wild-lookin' color morph
