What is this Mbuna? ID Please

I saw this Mbuna on a internet advertisement. Does any one know what this is? I have never seen one like this, I was thinking it might just be the lighting.

Now my next question is why it looks different from the regular ones? It kind of looks like its leucistic.

Anyone know what the (O) in Metriaclima estherae (O) means?

They are regular red males. They do not stay a deep red and look more orange. You can find them at most petstores I have a few in my tank. They are breeding.

I've never seen one that was that pink. Kinda cool. Ithink there is some definite leucistic going on there.

So when they get bigger they get pinker?

I want some for my girlfriend and I like them too. I think they would look great in a mixed mbuna tank.
