What is this on my Angelfish's anus??

Just notices this on my large angel. About a dozen small protruding red hair like things coming from its anus. Anybody know what this is? Fish is acting and feeding normally.

That is a parasite called calamari anus worm. You need a product called lavemesole

correct this are Camallanus worms. Most likely all your fish have it. The treatment is levamisole. Go at least two rounds with it
 
Thanks for the help guys.

Treated with Levacide (7.5% levamisole) at 1.5ml per 7.5l for 24hrs them did a large water change.

This was in line with some instructions I found online.

The angel has shed all the visible worms but a molly still has one large one hanging off him. These were the only fish with visible worms.

Instructions said to dose again for another 24hrs after 3 weeks but should I dose again sooner since the molly is still showing a worm?
