Looks like an abrasion,possibly from brushing past the driftwood.

It's been like it about 2 weeks now not got bigger or changed at all

If your heater is located in the display tank, fish can brush up against it and be burned. Heaters should have a guard to prevent such injuries. I prefer in-line heaters. Just a thought.
