I've heard things about that medication. Can someone clear this up, is this medication in fact an over the counter medication? I heard that it is in Asia but not here in America. Also, how would you treat your fish with this medication? In your filter? Dissolve in water and pour into tank? I have even heard of people saying force-feed your fish the medication. Help?BlackwaterFL;1900550; said:Metronidazole
It is best treating fish by ingestion. Pound the tablet to powder form and smear the foods with it. Feed the fish with it. You can dose it in your tank straight away but best results are always be ingestion.Evofish;1901609; said:I've heard things about that medication. Yes with discus. But this helps with internal parasites, not that "pimple".BlackwaterFL;1902453; said:Lupin have you done this before? To be honest I haven't had to much experience with this. (lucky I guess my fish never really got sick). I just always mix it in a little water then dump it in. If it is liquid form I just drop it in.
I can vouge for the garlic though!!!!
