What is this? pink dot on leo/bd pup

Hi guys, just saw this after WC after when he was swimming up the side of the glass...not sure what it is...I only see it on him atm checking the others out but he is feeding fine. Looks like a small pimple, does anyone know what this is?

Hard to tell from that picture but could be whats left of the yolk sac. Mine have all had a small yolk sac when born.It is used up in a few days.

Its not a yolk sac bc I've had these pups almost 2 months and they were with seller about 2weeks-1mo before shipping. It looks like a small pimple/sore
