WHAT IS THIS PLANT??????

Can anyone tell me what plant this is in the second picture. I returned all of the plants I bought originally that were not true aquatic plants and I replaced them with these. I hope these are true aquatic plants.

Those are Anacharis. They are true aquatic plants and they grow like weeds!

Looks like Anacharis to me but I'm not a plant expert.
