what is this tail dance.

Hi , In my SA cichlid tanks
i see severum,Green terrors and hybrid texas
doing some dance sort .
what they do is they come close dance in circle and then
the other one pats his or her tail on the face or body of the other fish.
then they run chase
and
goes on
what is this tail patting thing
