a faucet adapter. what part of H are u referring to? u can find adapters for faucets and hoses at the hardware store.
Are you breaking the adapter or the siphon?
In either case stop being so rough with it, it's only plastic. Don't over tighten it.

that's one of those lee's or python siphons. i've never seen them in metal or sold anywhere else other than pet shops.
you might try calling those manufacturers and see if they offer one in metal.
my $.02; i found it a lot easier and faster to just use the hose and vacuum that came with this kit. hooking up that damn thing and playing with the adjustments was a pain for me and took too much time.

not the adapters just the reverse siphon t piece in metal .
I don't break them the other employee's do and there costly when you buy a new one every week .
It's mostly do to costumers running into it with carts or there dam kids
