that does look like parasites to me. if not, white stringy feces is a problem. there is something wrong. is it eating? when my fh got intestinal parasites she stopped eating.

Diseases isn't my specialty but could be a couple of things. Is this a new fish that was shipped internationally? If so may be a shipping issue and keep and eye on it and should go away in a couple of days. If you have had the fish for awhile then its an internal parasite and you would need to quarantine this fish and treat with meds. I have used Metro to cure this as well a med imported in called ReFish which does an awesome job but couldn't tell you whats in it :)

It's a piece of clear feces or at least the sheath with no feces in it......

yes , is not eating like it used to , it's been with me for a while , is the first time i see that , i need to find out wish parasite i'm going to deal with

It's probably not a parasite, since you said that it is not eating like it use to and judging by the size of the stomach in your picture with the white feces hanging out, then it's probably bloat.....bloat happens when you feed the fish a good amount of food and the water is not at significant enough temperature, or a sudden decrease in water temp causing the fishes metabolism to lower and unable to process the food in the fishes stomach causing bloat....one solution is to raise the water temp up and don't feed the fish at all for couple of days to a week depending on the fish...

you might be right on that one, i did a big water change the day before it hapened and the temp lowered quite a bit ,now is up to normal 82F

not eating yet , i'm getting worried

Turn up the temp to 84-86 degreesf, and stop trying to feed it.....
