Stories like this make you wonder. I hate to say it but not the first story I've heard of babies found in dumpsters. The last one was by dropped by a very young teenage mother
 
Not the first time I have heard of this happening but pretty gruesome just the same.
 
Here too. There are places you can leave babies, no questions asked. I think fire departments.

I think a woman can drop off and hand over her newborn at any hospital(in case she birthed it somewhere else of course)with pretty much no questions asked.

Heard on tv today about a family selling their 14 year old daughter for some money. The buyer had a string of other girls ranging as low as 6 years old.
 
you can drop off your newborn at any police station, hospital or fire station, no questions asked. no reason to dump in a dumpster and unless you killed it.
