i would say definitely a kissing gourami, but quite what has happened to it, IDK!!

how big will it grow to and will it start to eat smaller fish

normal kissers can be known to get fairly big - 15-30cm (12 inches). Since it is a weird one i would take an educated guess and say perhaps 20cm? When large they can potentially eat lil neons etc
