i don't know but looking this image closer, this black line in the fin looks to be painted on the aro
If your aro has this line, take some pic to us, for we can see it better.

OK.I take it from this you drew the black line on the fin in the first pic yourself.If the fin on your guy has a similar mark,it might have been ripped at some stage and is still showing signs of healing.Without you supplying a pic of your Aro it makes it hard for anyone to give you a definite answer.
