What is this?

I started my first salt water tank 3 months ago, and I finally have a mystery creature. It is about 1.5 inches long, looks like a stick and moves like a inch worm. I took some pictures, they arent great but I hope they help.
Any ideas?

ssomething that lives in the live rock, as far as i know they are harmless to your fish and help. thats what i was told.

wow, in all my years in SW I have never seen that before....... I say take that rock out and chizzle that little piece off and place in a seperate tank until you figure out exactly what it is and if its dangerous to any of your tank inhabitants.
