My new pbass has white spots all over him..I thought it was ich but none of the other fish have them. Am I missisng something

Its either Ich or looks kinda like bubbles lol
if is is ich it would look like salt, raise your temp to 87* and add salt

Do a water change, bump temp to 86, add salt, and feed 1/2 the amount of food. Nice Ocell By the way.
if its not that wide spread as of yet ich meds may not be nesesary i have cured ich with just salt a water change and temp increase
it is iche! your other fish don't have it because cichla are more susceptible and prone to iche! bump up your water temp to 87 degrees
