Does anyone know what this is? i tried quICK cure and aquarisol with no results. my regular routine is to do 25% water changes. water params are normal. just did a 50% water change today and am watching all my fish very closely. any suggestions for treatment?

tankmates are 9" st, 6" it, 6" ngt, 10" spotted gar, 2 13" aros. the pbass stays to itself the whole time and there are no aggression problems in the tank. when looking at it, it kind of looks like some type of slime coat cause sand sticks to it. i lost 4 clown loaches to the same issue...
it looks similar to what happend when my african knife got stuck between rocks. he got stressed out and scraped up trying to free himself, leaving his eye cloudy for a few days
Honestly salt IMO. Not sure what it is. I've had fish seem to get damaged similarly when the water company upped their treatment chemicals and I was water changing. Slime coat looked like it literally was melting off. But not sure what his issue might be.
I think it might be one of the dats picking on him. But salt and water changes is a great start.
