I just wanted to know what this is never seen this before it looks these patches are sunkin in like soars. There is a patch on his side one above his eye the other below his side fin. He is still eating fine. tank perams are all good. all my other discus seem to be fine. any guess. help would be nice if i have to treat him with anything.

are the patches sunkin in like craters with little pin holes at the bottom?? if so it might be hole in the head disease. compare the soars to pics on google. i don't know anything about discus so im not sure if they are susceptible to hole in the head disease like oscars are.
