for the longest time i thought it was just a bigger one of his spots (he is usually covered in dirt, so it blended in) but now i see its something else

hes had this for a long time, and it hasn't affected him at all as far as i can tell

but ive had this guy for almost 4 years and im hoping ill have him for another 2 decades, so ive gotta treat whatever this is asap

like......... a tumor was coming to my mind xD

oh, and btw, it is BARELY bulging from his head, which is why i thought it was his spots at first, but hopefully its just pigment as some say
