what kind of filtration is this? seems to be a lot of vids like this on youtube, but none of em are in english. i fail at putting vids on here. i dont know what it is but it looks cool. it translates from Japanese to own flow filter. im gonna dig a bit deeper tho.

of course translators online fail. it said that the comment under the video said "Marshmallow is a state flow to filter media" your guess is as good as mine sorry.
 
Videos don't work here anymore for most of us. Even the thread that explains how to do it doesn't help. It worked fine a few months ago, but then suddenly just quit working. Ever since then, you just end up posting a white square, no matter what you try.

Yeah, looks like a fluidized filter for sure. The question is, what is that media made of? Is it like a big chunk of purigen or like a bioball?
 
they look like jelly bio balls lol. interesting filter. is it efficient?
