Do you have a heater in the tank that it could have been burned by?

yes but i already moved into a safe place where the ray cant touch it so being say i dont know what it is....

It looks like a female? If so than maybe there is a male messing with her. I was thinking they generally bite the edges of the disk but I really don't know as I have never breed rays. Have you noticed anything of this sort? I don't think it would take much for another ray to make some minor abrasions on her that might end up looking like what you have there. But again I really don't know, I am just tossing out some ideas. Sorry I can't be of more help.

no its a male maybe the female is being aggressive toward the male but they are still pup too small for breeding

Is it missing skin, or is something on the skin?
If it's missing, I'd look at the loaches in the tank.
Could just be sand/dust stuck to the body as well.

Looks like marks the rays make on eachother. I get them every now and then, takes some time to heal up. Will stay that color for a while, then it gets darker, and then it recovers, spottings can be weird around that area when its fully healed. Mine had 1 big spot, and now she has 1 big and many small ones around. Looks kinda weird.
