Green Sunfish. What size tank? You might have problems with them fighting. Good luck the greens are one of my favorites.

oooo a sunfish. cool what type of water peramiters do they need.

Green sunfish.

They need cool (room temp) water but, can live in warmer water, clean and well oxygenated with frequent water changes. The Greens are pretty aggressive and do well alone in a 55gal though, some have been kept with cichlids in very large tanks.

Might also want to pay attention to the regulations, since its illegal to take fish from the wild alive in California.

Greens do better in clean, cool water, but they can live just about anywhere. They're the go anywhere, do anything member of the sunfish family. Scourge of every dismal ditch and puddle in this area. But great little fish in any case.

Do you see the Blue Gills? Well well the the hay, Blue Gills.
I was told they were aggressive, my cichlids tore them UP
