Same on mine but less of them. I soaked mine in hot water w/ bleach a day and let it dry a week in the sun. They look like calcium deposits or something... idk at first i thought i had eggs lol

Yeah thats what I thought, eggs! But they are hard and crusted, comes off like a spot of dried paint! But obviously it inst paint. I'll try removing the driftwood and fillin ga tub with boiling water and bleach!

i had the same problem in my old setup, i believe they are snail eggs as they only appeared after i added nerite snails for clean up and they are hollow once dried, you can break the shell with a skewer or toothpick.

WOW and yes I do have nerite snails in my set up, is this a case if they are white they won't hatch? Should I leave em alone to hatch?

nerites need to develop in brackish or salt water. This inability to overpopulate is what makes them so popular as a clean up crew in aquariums so the eggs only serve as an eyesore.

WOW...and what an eyesore it is! LOL No biggie, I'll just scrub it off! Thanks again guys for all the info!
