Yes that ick, warmer water and 2 tbs of salt per 5 gallons should be enough to treat it. Sounds like your RTC has it as well. I usually do 1 tbs per gallon but I don't know what you have in the tank so I wouldn't recommend that high a dosage.

Everything died but my green severum geophagus balzani and chocolate cichlid... It didn strt doin it till I started feedin my hybrid sinking pellets n them not eating it and it resolved in there

With that stock I would say at least 2-3 tbs per 5 gallons and around 86F should clear it up easily.
