Can someone I'd this disease

I do not know what this is. In 5 years I have been keeping fish I have not have to deal with any diseases. I had this break out in a tank. The water color is due to antibacterial meds. What is this and what do I have to due to treat it. Currently I am treating with ick cure, salt, and higher heat.

I don't mod that section. I requested to have it moved, once it gets moved I delete this thread.
 
It looks like a serious case of ich. Use salt at a rate of 1 Tbls per 5 gallons of water. Raise the temp to 86F and in a few days you should see some results.
 
Can be easily cured within a week... Lots of meds available for ich or try salt and raise temp...
