W/o any other info, looks like hex to me. Long stringy white poop? You will need to raise the temp in your tank, 88-90 and treat with metro.

Is this fish a new arrival? Thats typically the only time I've gotten hex in my tanks. Stress from shipping is rough.

I agree, your fish seems to have a parasite, quite possibly hex. Outside of just raising the temp, use 3% magnesium sulfate dip for the food to kill the parasite.
