What is this?

Is this Ich or something else. For 4 days 5 fish have been in a 29g tank being treated with. API general cure and ICH-X. The temp is also 86 degrees. Everyone else looks good but this little fish has these grey/white lumps on top of his head. How do I help him???

does look like ich to me. Normally ich looks like slat granules on the body and fins. Can you take a closer picture of the grey patches? Also is the fish acting ill?

Sure il try and get a better picture. Not acting Ill he is actually eatting with a healthy appetite, swimming around appears to be loving life.
