Could be anything from a Lake Catemaco piebald fenestraus, to one of the ever growing population of unidentifiable hybrids.
More than likely the later these days.

my LFS I used to work at has a Vieja fenestratus that looks JUST like the fish pictured

Ya I have seen a couple different species that look like him not to shure might be a hybrid of some kind
