I closed on of my tanks few weeks back and today decided to re open it, added water ect.. and noticed a few of thede swimming around? Any idea?

Are you sure it's swimming? Looks more like a bit of dried up biofilm that's come loose and is floating around.

Im more then positive it is swimming , I tried taking a video but could not post it. It even looks like it has a head.
 
looks like detritus worms, if so its pretty common and i believe its harmless. had them in my tank once and my fish ate them.

It dosen't look like a detritus worm to me. And in any case detritus worms generally manifest an established tank that is overfed. This guy has just set this tank up! How would he get detritus worms so quickly?

I think to be on the safe side, before you get fish in there, it would be best to do as Tom suggests and empty it and clean thoroughly.
