I was looking in my tank tonight and i saw these,and it's new growth.My question is,this thing really propagates by sending fern-like curls FROM THE BACK OF THE LEAF AND NOT THE RHIZOME?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Usually new growth comes from the Rhizome knot at the bottom,on these it's sending new growth from the back of the leaf!!!! What plant do i have?? Wyldfya.......

There are fronds coming out out of the middle of the leaf in first pic.

Those are called daughter plants. Soon you will see leaves form opposite from the roots. Once the leaves and roots have formed you can seperate them from the parent plant.
