Have you tested your water?
No
If I did not test my water...
  1. ...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
No
What percentage of water do you change?
51-60%
How frequently do you change your water?
Every week
If I do not change my water...

Something appear in my Oscar's skin
Anyone know what disease is this?

Test the water just make sure. Looks like a tear or a vesicle. Hard to make out with my old eyes. I’d apply some hydrogen peroxide with qtip on it. Watch it.

Okay I will wait some time, it's hard to take a better picture because my fish always looking at me lol
I will let you know the process

More info would help.
Did you add any new fish without QTing lately?
Did you add any new aquatic plants without a parasitic dip?
Any plants from nature?
Do you use feeders? Either gold fish, or wild caught minnows?
Is there any aggression between fish in the tank?
What size is the tank, and what other fish are there?
Any sharp objects in the tank.
A full tank shot might be helpful.

This looks like something my two Oscar’s had. They both had a wart like growth on them which would go like blisters and eventually pop and return to a wart. I looked into it and apparently it’s very common. Otherwise I would say it’s caught itself on something and should heal.

This info is good to know.
It essentially rules out the transference of ectoparasites from other fish, and any many communicable diseases (unless acquired before you bought it).
Another elimination, it looks like nothing to get cut on.
I always look at finding out what the problem is, by the process of elimination.
This leaves either one of the ubiquitous diseases, like the virus Lymphocytis, which because it is a virus, there is no effective med.
The disease usually goes away with proper care.
Or a slight injury being transferred in a net, Or some type chronic bacteria that takes months to become apparent.
How long have you had it in the tank?
Was it the only fish in the tank, from the start?
